on the 2nd Floor of the Portsmouth Central Library, Guildhall
Square, Portsmouth. The PHC is accessed by lift or by stairs and
there are toilets in the building. The opening hours to the public
are able to locate records for you with a little wait; if you
order beforehand, that might be more convenient for you. There
